Where do I start?

  1. Select your desired product. Do not forget to select the desired package
  2. Select the quantity you need and proceed to the selection of a transport company.
  3. Once done, you will be transferred to the bank to confirm the payment.

Is there a minimum purchase?

No, you can buy one or several products. What it is important to remember is that a purchase of 75 € includes shipping charges (Spain, peninsula).

Can I increase my order?

Yes, provided that it has not been handed over to the transport.

How do I do it?

Place an order for the products to add as a new order. In special instructions mention to be consolidated with your previous order no. XXXXXX. Once processed and added, there will be an automatic return of the shipping costs generated by the second order.

Is buying at www.clubdequesos.com safe? 

Online shopping at www.clubdequesos.com is totally safe. There are two payment alternatives: charge by VISA or MasterCard credit cards

From where can I order my purchases?

From Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and  UE. Contact us if you want to purchase from a different place.

In the case of any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.  


How do you ship my order? 

We use two reliable transport companies: ASM and Kiala.

What are the shipping charges?

For international shipments we operate with ASM. The price is 18 euros within zone A and 23 euros within zone B.

Zone A: France, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Ireland.
Zone B: Remaining countries belonging to UE, Norway and Switzerland

How do I receive my order?

We offer you two possibilities depending on the carrier you selected at the time of your order.

If you have selected ASM you will receive your purchase in your house or in one of its local offices within a schedule of delivery that you can select.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Depending on the carrier you select, your orders will be delivered within a period of 24 to 72 hours, except in the case of a stockout. We usually wait to have the order completed.

What are the return conditions? 

The product must be in the same maintenance state in which it was delivered and must maintain, to the extent possible, its original packaging and labeling. 

The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope that we have sent to you or, in its defect in some similar format that guarantees that it will be returned in perfect condition.

A copy of the delivery note must be included within the package, where in addition all products being returned and the reason for the return should be clearly marked. 

Who pays for the shipping costs on returns? 

If the reason for the return is attributable to Quesos y Alimentos Tradicionales, S.L. (the product is defective, it is not what you've requested, etc.), we will pay for the shipping costs. If the reason for this is another (the products have been delivered without a problem but they are not to your liking), Quesos y Alimentos Tradicionales, S.L. shall pay the cost of the products except the return shipping costs that shall be borne by the customer.

What is 'Access with Facebook'?

How do I unsubscribe from Offers and News?
